1. Payment Terms

• Payment is due up-front and in full, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Advance notice is appreciated for cancellations or reschedule requests whenever possible.

• Exterior photography is weather‑dependent, especially on the Oregon Coast. Unsafe or unworkable weather conditions may require rescheduling.

• Same‑day cancellations, missed access, or properties not ready at arrival may be subject to a fee, except in cases of severe weather or emergency.

3. Usage Rights

Pacific View Photography grants a non‑exclusive license to use delivered images for:

• MLS listings

• Brokerage and agent marketing

• Property‑specific advertising related to the active or archived listing

Images may not be:

• Sold, transferred, or licensed to third parties

• Used by builders, designers, or publications without written permission

• Used for commercial, editorial, or resale purposes outside real‑estate marketing

Copyright remains with the photographer.

4. Liability & Property Preparation

Pacific View Photography is not responsible for:

• Items not moved, staged, or removed prior to arrival

• Pets that are unsecured or interfere with photography

• Weather conditions affecting exterior imagery

• Pre‑existing property issues or unsafe environments

The property should be fully photo‑ready and accessible at the scheduled start time.

Acceptance

Booking a photography session constitutes acceptance of these terms.
